Hey folks. If you sign up for our free teleseminars, workshops, reports or any other form on this site, we will obviously be collecting information from you so we can give you what you ask for. Here’s what we do with the info we collect:
1. In general, for most of the free resources on this site, we are only collecting your name and email, and even the name is optional. We may, if we’re smart about our marketing, also collect a zip code so we can tell in general what parts of the country and the world tend to want our materials. If you purchase something through our secure server or shopping cart, we will obviously be collecting any and all personal billing information we need, which may include full name, address, phone, credit card number information, and perhaps answers some questions about your business.
2. We aren’t sharing the information with anybody but us- meaning folks internal to Structural Alignment. There is no intention, desire, or logical reason for us to sell, share, or give away any personal information we collect about you to anyone else. Why? Because the most important thing in a business relationship, or any relationship, is trust, and where would we be if we bandied your personal info all over the universe?
3. If you sign up for any subscription we offer, there is a link at the end of each email you receive that allows you, if clicked, to review and change any information we have about you. If you purchase from us through our website and you wish to review or change any information we have on file, email or call, and we’re happy to look it over with you, and make any changes you need.
4. Certain aspects of this policy might change without us notifying you as an individual. I think the biggest change that I could imagine is that the shopping cart might have an option to review your billing information online without talking to us. If that, or something similar, changes, we won’t be notifying you directly. But you can always ask.
Hope this helps you feel secure. If you have any questions, suggestions, feedback, just email us.
Create Your Moments,
Tony Kirkland, Structural Alignment
