Managing conversation is both art and science. In this two day course you will learn to:

Listen in a way that transforms the other person
Open up and share themselves in ways they never have before
Understand what people are really trying to say
Learn how to say the most brutal truth to someone and still have them thank you for it
Learn to command the attention of others when you speak
Learn to speak in a way that invites people to hear important and difficult messages without becoming defensive

This course is for:

Managers who find people reacting defensively to requests.

Coaches who are stuck when trying not to give advice yet what to share their opinions.

Couples who are just not speaking about difficult things because they are afraid of the reaction of their partner.

The two day workshop takes place in Cape Town on the 14th – 15th July 2012.
